Kind of like getting a bucket of cold water chucked in your face while sleeping.

Lackluster would be a good word to use, which is what I'm facing with this blog. Not so much my writing blog though. That one is going pretty well.G. B. Unlike my Tumblr blog, which because it has a theme (of sorts) I can build of the continuity for the next post, there really is no continuity to speak of for this one anymore. I need to write something for tomorrow (10/5) and I have almost nothing for a topic to expand/expound upon.G. B. I sing that song sometimes with different lyrics that I've made up--it's kind of dumb, but I've been singing it for years. It's like a fixation.

I'm in a similar funk about blogging and it seems like a lot of people are. I'm going to continue on in the vein I'm in, but right now I'm kind of lackluster about this whole blogging thing. Come to think of I'm kind of in a nadir in a lot of ways. I'm down in a sense. Actually, good song choice.

Arlee Bird
Tossing It OutArlee Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11663942782929929334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8345361078388854353.post-27917395463553545182016-10-03T08:08:08.036-04:002016-10-03T08:08:08.036-04:00I move from rejoicing in blogging to hating it. I've mined so much of my life on this blog that I'm just about tapped. With my writing blog, it's a bit different. Not only do I have a brand new audience to explore/write to, I can get a little more explicit with my content (if need be) without getting any static about it.G. B. I used to get out more when I called on customers for work, so there were more photo opportunities, etc. Now I'm mostly confined to a beige windowless building, so it's hard sometimes.

I like Debra's comment. :)Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13984802196897920610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8345361078388854353.post-3527589890895370902016-09-28T18:31:19.431-04:002016-09-28T18:31:19.431-04:00I think my imagination is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too...I think my imagination is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too warped for cat memes, and I'm currently reading a book by Penn Jillette, called "Presto!", which is about how he lost 100 lbs by eating nothing but potatoes for two weeks (to start).G.
